I built LotsLink so the bill follows the one thing that costs me to run for you, your branded domain, and not how many links you make or how many people click them. Here is every number, checked against the live catalogue on 13 October 2026.

Every row, Free included, gets the same product: unlimited links, clicks and QR codes, unlimited workspaces and team members, click analytics, campaign projects, the REST API and the MCP server for your AI agent. Plans add custom domain capacity and nothing else, so there is no feature you unlock by paying.
What is free and unlimited
- Short links on lots.link, with custom slugs, UTM fields, expiry dates and projects.
- Clicks. No cap on how many times your links are opened. Analytics show recorded visits by source, device and location when available; bots, link previews and prefetches aren't counted.
- QR codes. Make one in the dashboard, or ask your agent: the MCP tool

- One lots.link subdomain per person, such as

The one limit is on creation speed: up to 1,000 new links per person in any rolling 24 hours. Links you already made, and every click on them, are never limited. If your agent hits 1,000 in a day, it gets a clear message and carries on the next day.
What you pay for: your own custom domain
A custom domain is a domain you own, such as go.yourbrand.com, pointed at LotsLink with a DNS-only CNAME to customers.lots.link. LotsLink checks the hostname and the HTTPS certificate before you can use it, and you keep the registration at your own registrar. That domain is the paid unit. You can cover it two ways.
Pay as you go: $4 per domain a month
No plan needed. Each custom domain costs 4,000 credits a month ($4), charged daily from your credit balance. A day costs the monthly rate divided by the days in that month: in a 31-day month that is about 129 credits a day per domain. When I asked my agent for my billing through the LotsLink MCP today, lotslink_get_billing showed exactly that daily figure for one domain, along with the plans and whether the day was covered by a plan or by credits.
Pay as you go is the right fit for one or two domains.

Extra domains beyond the plan's block are paid from credits at your plan's rate shown above, so you can go past 3, 10 or 30 without changing plan. Yearly billing is ten monthly payments for twelve months, two months free. Plans grant custom domain capacity, not credits.

On yearly billing those plan prices drop to $7.50, $20 and about $49.17 a month.
Where each option takes over:
- 1 or 2 domains: pay as you go ($4 or $8 a month). Starter yearly works out to $7.50 a month, so it beats pay as you go at 2 domains if you pay for the year.
- 3 to 7 domains: Starter, plus $3 for each domain past 3.
- 8 to 24 domains: Pro. At 8 domains Starter with extras and Pro both cost $24, and Pro is lower from 9 up.
- 25 or more domains: Business. Pro with extras reaches $60 at 25 domains, above Business at $59.
Free credits for new accounts
Eligible new users get 4,000 free credits, valid 90 days, with no card required. That covers one custom domain for about a month, so you can connect your real domain and see branded links working before you spend anything. A family eligibility cap applies across Lots products. Links, clicks and QR codes on lots.link never needed credits in the first place.
How credits work
- $1 buys 1,000 credits; the minimum top-up is $10.
- Credits you buy never expire, and they work across Lots products, so the same balance can pay for LotsSocial or LotsBlog too.
- Signup credits expire after their 90 days.
- Funding is automatic. When a custom domain isn't covered by a plan, it is paid from credits that day, with no switch to turn on.
- Capacity belongs to the workspace owner. Teammates you invite don't need their own plan or credits.
- Your AI provider bills its own usage. Using LotsLink from Claude or ChatGPT costs nothing extra on the LotsLink side.
What happens when credits run out
Nothing you already shared breaks. Existing links keep redirecting, including those on your custom domain, and your records and analytics stay readable. The only thing that pauses is creating new links on an unfunded custom domain, until you add credits or a plan covers it. Free lots.link links and your lots.link subdomain stay available the whole time.
How to choose and pay, step by step
- Start free. Sign in at lots.link, make links and QR codes on lots.link, and connect your agent. None of this needs a card.
- Add your domain when you want branded links. In the dashboard or from your agent (
lotslink_add_custom_domain), add it, set the CNAME record it gives you tocustomers.lots.link, and verify. Your signup credits cover it at first. - Count your domains and read the table above: 1 or 2, stay on pay as you go; 3 or more, pick the plan for that range.
- Buy credits or a plan. Use the pricing page, or ask your agent for a checkout link:
lotslink_create_checkouttakes a plan and a monthly or annual cycle, or an amount of credits from $10. You pay in your browser; never give card details to an agent in chat. - Check your coverage. Ask your agent "How are my LotsLink domains paid for today?" It calls
lotslink_get_billingand tells you whether today is covered by your plan or by credits, and your balance.
You change or cancel a plan from Billing, through the Polar customer portal. Credits you bought stay in your Lots wallet.
