Once connected, Claude can:
- Create and edit short links with custom slugs, UTM parameters and expiry dates, on lots.link or your own verified domain.
- Make a QR code for any link.
- Organize links into projects and switch several links on or off at once.
- Read click analytics by link or workspace, and export CSV or JSON.
- Add custom domains and manage workspaces and teammates, in your role.
The LotsLink dashboard does the whole job too: links, QR codes, projects, domains, analytics and team. Your agent for speed, the dashboard for control.
You need
- Any Claude plan: Free, Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise
- On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds it once under Organization settings, then Connectors (Add, then Custom, then Web), and each member connects it from Customize, then Connectors
- A LotsLink account. You can create one during sign-in.
Connect Claude to LotsLink
Open Connectors
In Claude, go to Customize, then Connectors. Select + Add and choose Add custom connector.
Add LotsLink
Name it LotsLink, paste the server URL and select Continue. Keep the sign-in settings Claude detects, select Continue again, then select Add.

A LotsLink sign-in opens in your browser. Sign in with your email. New users can create an account during this step.

If something goes wrong
- LotsLink tools do not appear in a chat
- Select the + button at the lower left of the chat, open Connectors and switch LotsLink on for that conversation.
- New tools are missing after an update
- Disconnect and reconnect the connector so Claude reloads the tool list.

How do I connect Claude to LotsLink?
Follow the Claude setup above to add https://api.lots.link/mcp. Complete sign-in using the authentication method shown. Then ask “List my LotsLink workspaces”.
Is LotsLink in Claude’s connector directory?
Add LotsLink as a custom connector: in Claude, go to Customize, then Connectors, select + Add and choose Add custom connector. Paste the MCP URL and sign in to your LotsLink account.
Do I need an API key to use LotsLink with Claude?
No. Claude signs in to LotsLink in your browser. API keys are for the REST API, for scripts and your own apps.
What does LotsLink cost?

Can I change where a printed QR code goes?
Yes. Your agent changes the link’s destination and the short URL and QR code stay the same, so printed codes keep working and keep counting scans. The change reaches every visitor at once.
Can my agent delete my links?
When you ask it to. Switching a link off is the choice you can undo; deleting is permanent and removes the link’s click statistics and QR codes. Your agent works in your role: members change their own links, owners and admins change any link, and viewers read only.
What do the click analytics include?
Recorded visits by link or workspace, with source, device and approximate location when available. Known bots, previews and prefetches are not counted.
