Short links on lots.link, clicks, QR codes, analytics, workspaces and team members are unlimited. Each person can add one free lots.link subdomain. Fair use allows up to 1,000 new links per person in any 24 hours (rolling).

You pay for your own custom domains. Choose a plan with included domains, or use credits charged daily. Extra domains cost your plan’s rate, shown on the pricing cards. Purchased credits never expire and are usable across Lots products.

Yes. Add https://api.lots.link/mcp to a compatible agent and sign in. Your agent can create and manage links, QR codes, domains and workspaces and read analytics within your permissions. Use https://api.lots.link/docs.md for REST integration instructions.

Yes. Add a custom domain and point a DNS-only CNAME to customers.lots.link. LotsLink verifies the hostname and HTTPS certificate before you can use it. You keep your domain registration with your registrar.

Your existing links continue to redirect, and you can read your records and analytics. Creating new links on an unfunded custom domain pauses until you add credits or subscription coverage. Free lots.link links and your native subdomain remain available.

A QR code that points to a LotsLink short URL goes through the same redirect and records a click. QR codes that point directly to another website do not pass through LotsLink. Bots and link previews are not counted.

You can change its custom slug, set an expiry date, or disable it. Changing a slug changes the public URL, including any printed QR codes that use the old URL. A domain with links attached must have those links removed before the domain can be removed.

Yes. Workspaces separate each client or business. Owners and admins manage the workspace; members can create links and edit their own links; viewers can read. Projects group related campaigns.

Manage an existing subscription through Polar’s customer portal from Billing. Purchased credits remain in your own Lots wallet. Signup credits have the validity and eligibility shown below pricing.
