The facts
Workspaces and team members are free and unlimited, so every client gets their own workspace.
Roles: owners and admins manage a workspace, members create links and edit their own, viewers read links and analytics.
Plans include a block of custom domains: Starter 3, Pro 10 and Business 30. Extra domains beyond a plan cost your plan’s rate. Without a plan, pay as you go from credits per domain, charged daily. Prices are on the pricing page.
Purchased credits never expire and work across Lots products.
Links, clicks and QR codes are free and unlimited. Fair use allows up to 1,000 new links per person in any 24 hours (rolling).
Questions
Can each client have their own domain?
Yes. Add the client’s domain to their workspace and point a DNS-only CNAME to customers.lots.link. The client keeps the registration. Each custom domain is paid on a plan or from credits.
Can client staff see their links without editing them?
Yes. Invite them to the client’s workspace as viewers. Viewers can read links and analytics but cannot change anything.
How many workspaces and teammates can I add?
As many as you need. Workspaces and team members are free and unlimited; plans cover custom domains only.
Who pays for a client’s custom domain?
The workspace owner’s plan or credits cover the domain. Pick a plan with a block of domains, or pay as you go per domain from credits, charged daily.
Can my AI agent prepare client reports?
Yes. Connect LotsLink to your agent and ask for clicks by link, source, device or location, or an export as CSV or JSON. It works within your role in each workspace.
