LotsLink custom domains let you create branded short links on a domain you own, from the AI agent you already use, and in the dashboard. Point a DNS-only CNAME to customers.lots.link, LotsLink verifies the hostname and HTTPS certificate, and you keep the registration. Links, clicks and QR codes stay free and unlimited.

- 1Open Settings and add your domain, for example go.example.com.
- 2At your DNS provider, create a CNAME to customers.lots.link with the proxy off (DNS only).
- 3Select Verify. LotsLink checks the hostname and the HTTPS certificate.
- 4Choose the domain when you create a link, or ask your agent to use it.

Plans include a block of custom domains: Starter 3, Pro 10 and Business 30. Extra domains beyond a plan cost your plan’s rate. Without a plan, pay as you go from credits per domain, charged daily. Prices are on the pricing page.
Every person also gets one free lots.link subdomain, ready at once with no DNS changes.
If funding runs out, existing links keep redirecting and analytics stay readable; only new links on the unfunded domain pause. A domain with links attached cannot be removed until those links are removed.
Links, clicks and QR codes are free and unlimited. Fair use allows up to 1,000 new links per person in any 24 hours (rolling).
Questions
Do I have to transfer my domain?
No. You keep the registration with your registrar. You only add a DNS-only CNAME record that points to customers.lots.link.
Which DNS record do I need?
A CNAME from your hostname (for example go.example.com) to customers.lots.link, with any proxy turned off (DNS only). LotsLink verifies the hostname and HTTPS certificate before you can use it.
What does a custom domain cost?
Choose a plan with a block of custom domains, or pay as you go from credits per domain, charged daily. Extra domains beyond a plan cost your plan’s rate. Purchased credits never expire. Current prices are on the pricing page.
What happens if my credits run out?
Existing links keep redirecting and you can read your records and analytics. Creating new links on the unfunded custom domain pauses until you add credits or plan coverage.
Is there a free option for branded links?
Yes. Each person gets one free lots.link subdomain with no DNS changes, and links on lots.link itself are free and unlimited.
